It Started With the Truth About Electrolytes

As human biology students and athletes at Harvard University, we were tired of electrolytes that tasted overly sweet and artificial with ratios backed by cherry-picked research and aggressive marketing.

Most electrolytes are often overloaded with sugar, artificial flavors, undisclosed natural flavors, and minerals, especially sodium, based on the idea that everyone needs extremely high doses of electrolytes to stay hydrated. Unfortunately, these electrolytes are claimed to be "clean."

So we decided to set the standard of what clean electrolytes should be. Our formulas are made with real, organic ingredients for a naturally refreshing taste, and guided by the full body of nutritional and exercise physiology research, with electrolyte levels calibrated to match different needs, from light daily movement to high-intensity endurance.

By prioritizing materials that are lightweight, durable, and infinitely recyclable, we help reduce waste, lower carbon emissions, and turn discarded resources into something useful again.
