It started with the truth about hydration

As human biology students at Harvard University, we know how essential electrolytes are for hydration, but we saw how cherry-picked science, aggressive marketing, overly sweet formulations distorted the conversation around healthy hydration.

Most hydration/electrolyte brands push the idea that everyone needs high doses of electrolytes to stay hydrated. The truth is: most people don't need these high doses to stay hydrated.

At IMPAC+, our formulas are guided by the full body of nutritional and exercise physiology research, with electrolyte levels calibrated to match different needs, from light daily movement to high-intensity endurance. Our formulations are clean, naturally great tasting, and optimized for function, not excess.

Globally, millions of tons of plastic are produced every year, and the vast majority ends up in landfills or polluting our oceans. We didn’t want to add to the problem, we wanted to help fix it.

That's why we meticulously choose recycled materials for our powdered stick-packs, including recycled aluminum and recycled plastics. By prioritizing materials that are lightweight, durable, and infinitely recyclable, we help reduce waste, lower carbon emissions, and turn discarded resources into something useful again.
